  No one ever answers the phone, it hangs up at exactly 1 minute and 5 seconds. Wait time is crazy. If they replaced the front office staff with actual good working people it would be a much better experience. The doctors and np are great, along with the eeg staff. The rest of the office staff has made my experience a nightmare.
